Many congratulations to Michala and Dave who got married at one of my favourite local wedding venues – Silchester House in Berks.
It was great to be back after the quieter winter months and was my first wedding since my Australian one early December. And what glorious spring weather we had !
Normally the bride and groom are the stars for the day but I think you’ll agree that little Oliver, their 2 year old son, stole the limelight as you can see from the images below !
A big thanks to my friend and fellow wedding photographer Simon Kemp for coming along and helping out. In fact Simon was on standby as I had just returned from overseas. You never know these days if you’ll be stranded abroad due to British Airways strikes or Icelandic volcanoes, so no chances taken and thanks again Simon.
This was a really lovely and relaxed wedding, a perfect start to 2011. So thank you Michala, Dave and your families for being so cooperative and making me and Simon so very welcome.

David and i are so pleased with our wedding pictures,when you look through all of them they really do tell a story of the whole dsy! Neil was great as a photographer he made us feel very comfortable on our pre wedding shoot and on the wedding day.You hardly knew he was there, he does his own thing-our guests laughed as one minute he was in the hedges then laid on the floor behind the flowers etc-but acheives such great different pictures by doing so!!! Thankyou so much Neil
