I am a wedding photographer based in Reading, Berkshire. I have been doing this full time for over 25 years and during this time have photographed well over 1000 weddings. So I guess you could say I’m fairly experienced ! I travel all over the UK as well as Europe and have recently photographed a wedding in Australia.

My wedding photography is genuine documentary which means absolutely no posing apart from some formal group shots for the family. So throughout your wedding day I’ll just be in the background and will not interfere or direct proceedings.  I just concentrate on simple storytelling, wedding photography which is free from gimmicks and trends and which will not look dated in years to come. I also run a very busy portrait studio with my father John. This was set up in 1983 and is still going strong. We specialise in black and white studio and environmental portraiture. I was born and bred in Reading and am happily married with 2 teenage kids. My other passions after photography are European cinema, modern art and travel.
