Wedding Photographer in Berkshire

Many congratulations to Laura and Dwain who tied the knot last month at Great Fosters in Surrey. This was my second trip back there this year having photographed Angela and Kostas’ wedding there in September.

Great Fosters is one of my favourite wedding venues with loads of opportunities for great photos so I was really excited when Laura and Dwain booked me to photograph their big day. We had pretty decent weather as well for November with the usual beautiful autumn colours. Wayne is a keen photographer and has also photographed weddings before so I was really keen to  get something extra special  for them (not that I aim for this anyway, just a bit more pressure ). But at the end of the day I really enjoyed photographing their wedding – very relaxed, a great venue with lots of interesting guests and characters, in particular Dwain’s relatives who gave me a huge Havana ! Thanks guys, a really enjoyable smoke ! Not forgetting Laura’s family from Finland – huomentaa, kiitos paljon, are about the only words of Finnish I know.

Many congratulations to Kostas and Angela who recently tied the knot at their local church in Surrey. I didn’t actually cover this part of the day and in fact started at the reception in Great Fosters. This was my first ever wedding here and its certainly a place that I’m looking forward to going back to, next month in fact. Lots of interesting architecture from the 16th century to the present day as well as beautiful gardens including a moat.

This was also a truly international wedding with guests from all over the world including many from Kostas’ homeland, The Ukraine and also Angela’s family from The Philippines.
